If something about a clinic is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it. Send us a public source and we will update the page.

Include the page, what is wrong and a link to a public source, such as the clinic’s HealthTürkiye entry or its own website. We aim to reply within five working days, update the entry and its check date, and note significant corrections on the page.
How to ask
- Go to the contact page and choose “Not sure yet” as the treatment.
- Tell us the page address and what is wrong.
- Include a link to a public page that shows the correct fact.
What happens next
- We aim to reply within five working days.
- If the source supports the change, we update the entry, its score if it changes, and its “checked” date.
- If a correction changes a clinic’s position, the new position applies on every ranking at the next build.
- Significant corrections are noted on the page.
Common corrections
- “We do name our dentists / publish prices / state guarantee periods.” Send the page. If it is public, the point is added.
- “Our review figures are missing or out of date.” We re-read them at the next check; tell us the Google Maps listing to use.
- “The address or branch is wrong.” Send your HealthTürkiye entry.

Common questions
Can a clinic ask to be removed?
A clinic that is on HealthTürkiye and markets to international patients stays listed, because the register is about public information. We will correct any fact that is wrong. A clinic that is no longer on HealthTürkiye is removed.
Can a clinic send a private document?
We can only use facts that a reader can check. If the evidence is not public, ask the clinic to publish it, for example its guarantee terms on its website, and send us the link.
