Privately, a 2017 survey of UK implant dentists put a full arch of teeth on implants at about £13,425 per jaw before extras. NHS charges in England
NHS dental treatment in England is charged in three bands. On 22 October 2026 the NHS website listed them as:

Implants and cosmetic veneers are rarely offered on the NHS. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland charge differently.
Private fees for full-mouth implants
There is no official UK price list for private implant work. The most cited figure is a 2017 survey of more than 25 UK implant dentists, published by Dentistry.co.uk: a full arch of teeth on implants averaged £13,425 per jaw, with fees from £9,000 to £25,400, before consultations, scans, extractions and grafts. The figure is old, so a current UK quote may well be higher.

Working out the real cost of a trip
- The written plan. Ask for every item priced: implants by brand and number, abutments, the bridge or crowns and what they are made of, temporary teeth, extractions, grafts and scans.
- What the package includes. Hotel nights, transfers, a translator. See what a package really includes.
- Flights for every trip. Implants with permanent teeth usually need two trips, three to six months apart.
- Time off work and someone to travel with you if you need help.
- A contingency. Grafts or an extra implant can be decided only after the scan. Ask for those prices in advance. See extra costs after you arrive.
- UK aftercare. Check-ups and cleaning at a UK dentist cost money too.

Common questions
Why is dental treatment cheaper in Turkey?
Mostly lower running costs: staff, rent and laboratory fees. The materials, such as implant brands, are often the same international products, so ask which brand you are paying for.
Can I get NHS dental implants?
Rarely. The NHS charge bands cover clinically necessary treatment, and implants are usually private in the UK. Ask your NHS dentist what you would be offered.
What is not included in a Turkish package price?
Usually flights, and often bone grafts, sinus lifts, extra implants and extra nights. Ask for a written list of what is and is not included.
Is the cheapest clinic the best value?
Only if the plans are the same. Compare the number of implants, the brand, what the teeth are made of, the guarantee and what the package includes.
Can the NHS refund dental treatment abroad?
No. The NHS treatment abroad guidance says you cannot get reimbursement for dental treatment.
