All-on-4 and All-on-6 in Turkey
A whole arch of fixed teeth held on four or six implants. It is the biggest decision in dental travel, so it pays to compare written plans carefully.

In Turkey you normally have the implants and temporary teeth on a first trip and the permanent bridge on a second trip three to six months later. What full-arch treatment is
Instead of one implant per tooth, a full arch of 10 to 14 teeth is made as one bridge and fixed onto four or six implants. The bridge is screwed in place; you do not take it out at night. All-on-4® is a trademark of Nobel Biocare; clinics use “All-on-4” and “All-on-6” loosely for the same idea with different numbers of implants.
The two trips
- Trip one: CBCT scan, extractions, four or six implants per jaw and temporary fixed teeth, usually within a few days.
- At home: three to six months of healing on a soft diet at first.
- Trip two: the permanent bridge is made, tried in and fitted, often in zirconia on a titanium bar.
Compare plans on these points
- Number of implants per jaw, and the brand.
- What the final teeth are made of, and whether there is a titanium bar.
- Whether the price is per jaw or for both jaws.
- Whether extractions, temporary teeth, scans, hotel and transfers are included.
- The price of a bone graft or sinus lift if needed.
- The guarantee on the implants and on the bridge, and who pays travel for repairs.

Common questions
Is All-on-6 better than All-on-4?
Neither is better for everyone. Six implants spread the load more and leave a spare if one fails; four can avoid grafting when bone is limited. The scan decides. Our sister site allon4vsallon6.co.uk compares them in detail.
What are the teeth made of?
Usually zirconia or acrylic on a titanium bar. Zirconia is harder and stains less; acrylic is cheaper and easier to repair. Ask which you are being quoted for.
Is the price per jaw or for both?
It varies by clinic, and it is the most common source of confusion. Precious Dental’s prices are for both jaws in total. Always ask.
How long are the trips?
Typically about a week for the first trip and about a week for the second, but your plan decides.
